JB Racks “Black Friday Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of JB Racks Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

The promotion starts on 24 October 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 30 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the JB Racks website or other official entry channel during the Promotional Period. Entry is free. One entry per person.

4. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) JB Racks Velo Vertical Rack in the Velo colour (only).

  • Total of five (5) prizes available.
  • Colour: Velo only (not black).
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash or any other product.
  • The total retail value of each prize is approximately AUD $[insert retail value].

5. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 5 December 2025 at JB Racks Pty Ltd, 81 Pine Ave, Glenelg North SA 5045. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw date. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, otherwise JB Racks reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no cost within 30 days of prize claim confirmation.

8. General Conditions

  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • JB Racks Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from JB Racks. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  • JB Racks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
