Processing and Tracking
Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
We take utmost care to ensure your items are delivered in perfect condition. However, if your delivery is damaged or missing, please follow the steps below:
Damaged Deliveries:
- Notify us at support@jbracks.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
Missing Deliveries:
- If you believe your order is lost, contact us immediately at support@jbracks.com.
- We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Change of Address
- Changes to your shipping address must be made before your order is dispatched.
- Once dispatched, JB Racks cannot redirect shipments. If a redirection is requested, additional charges may apply.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address provided by the customer,
- Failure to collect the package from the courier or postal service, or
- Refusal of delivery,
You may be charged for re-delivery, or a refund may be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.
Limitations and Exceptions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Large or heavy items may require freight shipping, which could extend delivery times.
