Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), offering refunds, repairs, and replacements as detailed in this Policy. This Policy does not limit any rights consumers may have under the ACL.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded:
- For major service failures, you can cancel your contract and are entitled to a refund or compensation.
- For major product failures, you can choose a refund or replacement.
- For minor failures, you can have the product repaired or replaced.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you find a similar product cheaper elsewhere.
Returns Fee Policy
At JB Racks, we strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. Due to the high costs associated with shipping, inspecting, and restocking returned items, a returns fee of $225 may apply.
Returns Fee Details:

If the product is deemed faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the ACL, we will:
- Refund any applicable returns fee,
- Cover all costs for freight and inspection, and
- Repair, replace, or refund the product as required by the ACL.

If the product does not meet ACL eligibility (e.g., change of mind or misuse), the returns fee of $225 will be retained to cover freight, inspection, and restocking costs.
Assessment Process for Returns
To ensure clarity, here are the steps for initiating and completing a return:

2. Provide Photos | Email support@jbracks.com with clear photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue. |
3. Assessment Response | JB Racks will respond within two business days to confirm if a returns fee applies and how to pay it. |
4. Post Return | If applicable, item(s) must be shipped back in original packaging within 5 business days. |
5. Remedy Provided | After inspection, JB Racks will notify you of the remedy (refund, repair, or replacement). |
Damaged Products During Delivery
- Contact us immediately if a product is damaged during delivery.
- Return the damaged product with all its original packaging.
- We will either repair, replace, or refund the product if reported within 7 days of receipt.
Other Returns
- If a product is damaged beyond repair, we will send a replacement.
- To be eligible: stop using the product and send us a photo of the damage within 7 days.
- Claims under this clause must be made within 1 month of receiving the product.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- For returns covered under the ACL (e.g., faulty products), JB Racks will cover shipping costs.
- For returns not covered under the ACL (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the returns fee of $225.
Data on Returned Products
Ensure you back up and remove sensitive data from products before returning. We are not responsible for data loss or transfer during repair or replacement.
Refurbished Products
Products sent for repair may be replaced with refurbished goods. Repairs might use refurbished parts.
