Good things about the rack - easy to assembly, easy to load and unload the bikes on it, the bikes are not touching each other at all - no scratches.
Not so good things - need to get additional accessories to stabilize the rack, pretty heavy to mount on the vehicle (2 person recommend), rubber straps are little too short for some bikes with thicker tires (easy to replace).
Overall - best value for the 5-bikes rack.
