4 Vertical Bike Rack - Lite - Gun Metal Grey

We have rack set up on our RV tow vehicle, we are 1000 miles into a 3,800 mile trip and rack is working well. We have been on some rough roads and bikes are locked in. I have had two campers ask me about performance and said rack works as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase.

Overall the experience wasn’t bad. I ordered the 6 bike rack and it came in two shipments. First one arrived early. Second never left shipper. Still shows pending one I like that up. Had plans for the weekend when it would all be here but it happens. After I had assembled the rack through videos I noticed the lady side of the rack, the wheel stops don’t align with the bike tires. I doubled checked images and videos to be sure I put it together right and I did. I don’t know I’m just picky and it’s bothering me that the right side look great and the left side looks misaligned when bikes are on. Customer service did help me with a discount on the strut and stand after the fact so I did like that. I did get the slow strut which is nice but it took away a turquoise plate which sucks cause I bought it for the color. I think I may spray paint some parts to get it to stand out. Lastly I got the anti warble on the rack but the rack itself still sways. Not sure if by design or if I assembled it wrong. I think I should’ve just gone another direction and purchase a local brand here in Utah. All in all it’s a nice rack and it does perform. I’m just not in love with it like I thought I would be. This is me just being as transparent as possible. Others may have different/better opinion than me.

I love my JB Rack and garage stand. I've already have people asking about it. It is a great value and I am so glad I came across your ad. I do have some feedback that be of some value. I realize that mist bike are not going to have the same problem as mine. I have a downhill mtb with a Fox 40 fork. I have a front fender on the fork. The wheel loop rested on the inside of the fender, and thought the bike does not move much in the rack. My fear was some the places I go ride have some rough road, and I did not want to crack my fender. I was able to use the plate that came with the rack for the strut to make a bracket to push the rear tire out which rotated the front so the fender doesn't rest on the loop. I will attach photos of what I did. I sure most people will not have my problem. Those of us who have e front fenders may. My fix look like it was designed that way. Again, I love the rack, I hope this help.

We absolutely love the bike rack for our family of 4. So each to load and unload. Assembly instructions were a little wonky, but customer service was quick to respond to email and very helpful!

Fantastic quality. Stoked I bought this rack.

Only knock is the assembly is a little time consuming and it would help if the bolt lengths were listed instead of just saying how many of the gauge you need but that’s where it ends. Everything else is awesome. Bikes are easy to put on and take off. Was very surprised by how stable it was on the back of the car too! The shed stand is an epic idea.

Very happy with the JB racks and shed stand. Solid and well built and designed. No vibration or noise while driving and it looks sweet in the shed with the bikes put away.

I got this rack as an upgrade from my Saris Superclamp G3 2-bike hitch rack. Works great when I am by my self, or if I have a couple of friends want to go ride. When you buy one, make sure to get the garage stand and the slow fold strut. With the garage stand, the rack is a great way to store all your bikes.

Its heavy and you might need a second person to help mount it, but once its on its a breeze to load bikes on and off. I would definitely get the floor mount for garage storage, because it add that functionality to being used at home as well and not just take up valuable space in the garage. Plus its difficult to balance without one and it will definitely fall/get knocked over, and could hurt someone. I battled with a standard horizontal bike rack for years and while it worked it was a pain in the a** to line the bikes up right, especially if one had panniers. This rack saves a lot of frustration and swearing.

Ordered the rack and garage stand the Sunday night, delivered Tuesday morning.

Easy to assemble, looks great and it was value for money.
