The rack itself seems to be reasonably well built, but the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. The .pdf is lacking in any sort of useful detail and the video is just plain outdated. I finished the rack build per the instructions, then when I went to install the strut I had to disassemble the rack and change things around because they changed the strut set-up. The kit did not include the correct bolts to install the new set-up of the strut. With the double strut, I have to hang off the rack with all of my weight to get the rack to lower down. THESE RACKS WILL NOT WORK WITH BIKES WITH FENDERS.

Easy to put together using the video link (there are no written instructions providedβ¦). Sturdy and high-quality, the rack has almost zero wiggle and bikes stay solidly in place. So glad that I found this rack! Donβt hesitate on buying one!

First off, the finished product ....awesome! I have raced bikes for over 25 years and this is by far the best rack i have ever owned. Soe things that I would suggest:
Your rack looks and works the best, the logo cut into the metal.. awesome (classy and says quality) but the sticker with the QR code should be a cut sticker not a big clear ugly clear sticker..
Back to the point above, the QR code is a great idea for those wanting a rack, my neighbor walked over and is now getting one!
Instructions, maybe include a paper copy for those that are not tech savvy.
overall great quality, the way it holds the bikes keeps them from getting damaged (I drove 20 miles down a washboard gravel road, and they never moved)..

We greatly appreciate your suggestions regarding the QR code sticker and instructions. Using a cut sticker instead of a large clear one is an excellent idea. Including a paper copy of the instructions for those less familiar with technology is something we will consider for future kits.
Hearing that your bikes stayed secure even over twenty miles of washboard gravel truly makes our day. Our goal is to protect bikes, and it sounds like we achieved that.
